East-West Stickhandling Workout
In this follow-along 30 minute training session, I coach you through some simple progressions of effective east-west stick-handling moves that will allow you to create separation between you and your opponents. In between the stick-handling progressions, we also do some lateral speed development exercises that allow you to make your east-west moves more explosively.
